This is a fixed flat fee covering delivery of the initial site, plus hosting, domain renewal, maintenance and support. The first payment is due on delivery of the website, prior to activation to the public. Subsequent payments should be made by standing order, due on the 1st of every month. We do not currently charge VAT.

The minimum contract period is 2 years. If canceled before the 24th month then the client will be invoiced for the full remaining amount due, up to the end of the two year period.

The monthly fee includes hosting. If the client interrupts or ceases payment of the monthly fee at anytime, including after the end of the contract period, then the website hosting along with other services we supply will be suspended until payments resume and their account has been brought up to date. The Domain name is registered in the client's name and is for the client to keep and transfer as and when required.

The Easy Websites Package is aimed at small and medium businesses, some website types may not be eligible. There is no initial setup fee for standard websites. Where websites require additional development (e.g. Accommodation Booking Systems or Flash Content), those additional developments will be given a fixed quote and will be invoiced for on standard business terms upon their delivery.
