Twitter: When to Tweet?

As a social media platform, Twitter is undoubtedly growing in popularity and looking forward to further growth and expansion over the coming months. Those that have already been using Twitter (at least in a business context) for a little while will no doubt already be aware that there is something of an art to it - it certainly isn't as simple as just tweeting what and when you fancy.

What improvements would make you come to the town centre more?

BUSINESS - Today I received a very short questionnaire from the local council, the main question of which asks what improvements I would like to see made (in the ideal world) to make me want to come to the town more often.

It is quite an interesting question, and the answer will of course not be the same for all demographics. The following is an edited version of my answer to this question:
