Mobile web is one of the buzz words of 2012 in marketing, but getting your website onto smartphones need not be much hassle.

BUSINESS - Today I received a very short questionnaire from the local council, the main question of which asks what improvements I would like to see made (in the ideal world) to make me want to come to the town more often.

It is quite an interesting question, and the answer will of course not be the same for all demographics. The following is an edited version of my answer to this question:

Following on from our news item last month entitled Don't Get Caught Out, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) now has powers to police the claims companies make on websites and social networks.
